Can I return my jewelry?

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for in-store credit only. The 14-day period begins from the date of your purchase.

Condition of Returned Products:

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them. They must be unworn or unused, free from any signs of wear and tear, marks, scratches, or damage. Ensure that the item is accompanied by its original packaging.

Initiating a Return:

  • Prior to returning any items, please contact our customer service at habitjewelryinfo@gmail.com to obtain authorization and further instructions. We kindly ask that you do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused.
  • Include its jewelry card/box and any accompanying accessories.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Charges and Fees:

  • Please note that shipping charges and any associated fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
